1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the Bed Visa website or mobile app, you are legally agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore essential that you read the full terms before creating an account.

Bed Visa is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Bed Visa and each registered member.

Bed Visa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with Bed Visa, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — verified through your National ID (NID).
• Each individual may create one account only.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Accounts are non-transferable — allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Family members may each register their own account, provided each account uses a separate NID and mobile number.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory at Bed Visa. Withdrawals are not possible without completing KYC. You will typically be contacted within 24 hours to complete the process.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Bed Visa:

Deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50
• Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day (higher limits apply for VIP members)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer
• Deposits are generally instant — funds appear in your wallet within 5 minutes at most.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 per day (standard members)
• Higher limits apply for VIP members
• For KYC-verified members, withdrawals are typically processed within 90 seconds.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Bed Visa only processes withdrawals to the member's own mobile wallet or bank account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Bed Visa offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before use.

Welcome Bonus: Get up to 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳25,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (bonus × 15) within 30 days.

Reload Bonus: Weekly and monthly reload bonuses must be claimed from the dashboard. Any unclaimed bonuses will be automatically removed once they expire.

• Each bonus can only be used once — the same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to real balance only after wagering requirements are met.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the older bonus must be wagered first.
• Bed Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bed Visa:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bed Visa reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• For in-play bets, network delays may result in a bet being rejected.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected — such as match fixing or arbitrage — the account may be subject to investigation.

6 Fraud & Misconduct

• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Using software or bots to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using money laundering or illegal funds for transactions.

If such activity is detected, Bed Visa reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and forfeit all balances and rewards. Relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Cancellation

Bed Visa may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of terms — particularly in cases of fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request — via self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

Before closing an account, Bed Visa will notify the member by email and give them a chance to resolve the issue — unless there has been a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions.

8 Responsible Gaming
